Thank you for choosing Elite Cafe' Glueless, Ready-To-Wear Wig Collection. Elite Cafe' currently offers FREE shipping for orders $100+ and $6.00 FLAT RATE shipping for all other products. Once your item has shipped, you can expect arrival on the East Coast to be approximately 2-3 business days and 3-4 business days on the West Coast. There may be some delays during rush and peak seasons such as the holidays. No shipping is done on weekends or holidays.
Refunds: You will have 24hrs from the time you have placed your order to cancel your order and receive a FULL Refund. Simply email us with your request & order number and we will cancel and Refund your order. Any orders received and processed after the 24hr period will NOT be eligible for Refund.
Store Credit: If your order is eligible for store credit, you will receive a code via email to redeem your store credit. Store credit will be valid for up to 1 YEAR after it has been issued.
Exchanges/Changes: If you have placed your order and want to make changes, please email us at: hello@elitecafe.co with your order number and the request for your changes. Please note that some changes may require additional payment. PLEASE NOTE THAT ADDRESS CHANGES CANNOT BE MADE ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED. If you have received your order and you need to exchange, you will have up to 30 days to submit your request. Item(s) must be in their original condition in which they were received when being returned to us or they will not be eligible for exchange. If your exchange request is unavailable you will be issued a store credit. Store credit is valid for ONE YEAR from the date it is issued. Elite Cafe' will not be responsible for return shipping cost associated with your exchange or changes. Carrier insurance is recommended when returning your items to us. Once your new order is ready to ship, you will receive an invoice of $11.00. Once the return invoice has been paid, you will receive an updated email with your tracking information. Please do not return any items to Elite Cafe' without written communication expressing your request. Failure to email us with your request prior to returning your item could result in extreme delays of your request or your item(s) not being returned back to you.
The Following Customizations are NOT eligible for Refund, Exchange, Store Credit or Changes: Adding Baby Hair, Cut My Lace, Extra Lace Plucking or any item(s) that have been returned to us not within it's original condition ex: worn, used or damaged item(s).
