Elite Cafe’ Shipping & Return Policy

At EliteCafe’ we are dedicated to providing great service and making your experience “Elite” in every way! In-stock items will be processed and shipped within 48-72 hours with the exception of weekends and Holiday's. All “pre-order” items will be made within 7-14 days and shipped within 24hrs of completion. Production on all Wigs will begin once your order has been placed. Email confirmations will include your tracking number and will be sent to you once your item(s) have shipped. To eliminate confusion and anxiety we only offer “Flat Rate” shipping. Please check your email for shipping instructions (some notifications may go to spam so be sure to check that as well). Once your order has shipped, delivery usually takes 2-3 business days for delivery to the East Coast, 4-6 days for delivery to the West Coast and approximately 1 week for International delivery.

Due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic, shipping may take longer than normal. Shipping is not available on weekends and Holidays. We require a signature confirmation on ALL Wigs to ensure that your order arrives to the proper destination. If your order required a deposit, the deposit is non-refundable. Please be sure to include the correct shipping address prior to completing checkout. Once your order has been received, we will not be able to revise it.

If you place or receive your order and want to make changes, please email us at hello@elitecafe.co with the details of your changes. Changes cannot be considered until an order is placed. Elite Cafe' currently does NOT offer Refunds. To exchange your item for another item or store credit, the item must be returned to Elite cafe' in it's original condition within 7 days of delivery. Specially modified Wigs that were made with instructions in the notes such as "cutting/trimming the lace, adding baby hair's and adding custom color" are not eligible for exchange or store credit. PLEASE NOTE THAT ADDRESS CHANGE REQUEST CANNOT BE GRANTED once your order has been placed. Additional charges may apply to changes. Exchanges will not be accepted without an email notifying us of your return, nor will your items be returned to you. When shipping back your order(s) please include the following information in your notification email: -Your Name, Your Order Number, Your Tracking Number and the details of your changes.

If you are sending your Wig in for maintenance, please email us with your request BEFORE shipping your Wig to us. We strongly suggest that you include insurance just in case there are any carrier issues. Your exchange/Wig for maintenance can be sent to:

Please note that we only offer store credit for orders that have been processed and shipped. In order to receive credit for your exchange, the product(s) must be in the same condition as when you received it.
