SHIPPING & RETURNS

Thank you for choosing Elite Cafe' Glueless, Ready-To-Wear Wig Collection. Elite Cafe' currently offers FREE shipping for orders $100+ and $6.00 FLAT RATE shipping for all other products. Once your item has shipped, you can expect arrival on the East Coast to be approximately 2-3 business days and 3-4 business days on the West Coast. There may be some delays during rush and peak seasons such as the holidays. No shipping is done on weekends or holidays. 

Refund & Returns  Policy: Because each unit is custom made, you will have 24 hours after you have placed your order to cancel it for a FULL REFUND.

 After 24hrs, all sales are final. However, we do allow returns and issue store credit (a $35 restocking fee will be deducted from the issued store credit) under the following conditions:

-You contact us via email within 5 days of delivery. No phone calls are DM's are accepted for returns or refunds.

-The unit is unused, uncut, unsoiled, and in original condition.

-The return is due to sizing or order errors (not preference of wear).

-You agree to pay the shipping cost to return your item to us.

-Once inspected and approved, a store credit (minus the restocking fee) will be issued via email within 7 business days.

Steps for Exchange:

  1. Email hello@elitecafe.co with your order number and reason.
  2. If approved, we will send instructions for returning the original unit. 

Please Note:

-Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless due to our error.

-NO partial refunds, discounts, or adjustments will be provided after a unit has been shipped, worn or styled.

-Testimonials or confirmation of satisfaction void any further claims or disputes.

 

-ADDRESS CHANGES CANNOT BE MADE ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED.

-The following customizations are NOT eligible for returns: Add Baby Hair, Cut My Lace, Extra Lace Plucking.
