Once your item has shipped, you can expect arrival on the East Coast to be approximately 2-3 business days and 3-4 business days on the West Coast. There may be some delays during rush and peak seasons such as the holidays. No shipping is done on weekends or holidays.
Refunds: You will have 24hrs from the time you have placed your order to cancel your order and receive a FULL Refund. Simply email us with your request and we will cancel and Refund your order. Any orders received and processed after the 24hr period will NOT be eligible for Refund.

Elite Cafe' will not be responsible for return shipping cost associated with your exchange or changes. Carrier insurance is recommended when returning your items to us.
